Proper comedy nights, run by people who love comedy, in the city we call home.
Spitfire Comedy is a comedy club based in Stoke-on-Trent. We put on nights where new and established acts try new material, polish their sets and, most importantly, make a room full of people laugh.
In 2024 we brought comedy back to Burslem with a weekly open-mic residency at The Old Post Office, with free entry and open spots for anyone brave enough to sign up on the night.

We'd rather our audience did the talking. Every review is on our Facebook page.
Incredible bunch and fantastic place to try new material
I highly recommend Spitfire Comedy because the crowd are friendly, positive vibes, the community is very welcoming, get to meet new people and most of all the stand up comedians will get a review in the end. So, if any comedian wants feedback, Spitfire Comedy is the venue to go to!
Had a great time at spitfire comedy as a very new comic. It was a great environment welcoming and friendly for audience and comics alike. I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun night of comedy and for having a go in a safe space!
